How To Request Data Deletion
SurveyDXF does not require users to create an account. The app uses a hashed, app-scoped device identifier to manage the 30-day device trial and Google Play purchase entitlements.
To request deletion of SurveyDXF licensing data, email [email protected] with the subject SurveyDXF Data Deletion Request.
What To Include
Please include enough information for us to identify the licensing record:
- The app name: SurveyDXF.
- Your Google Play purchase order ID, if you purchased a plan.
- Your purchase email, if available.
- A short note saying that you want your SurveyDXF licensing data deleted.
If you did not purchase a plan, we may ask for extra information from the app or Supabase license record so we can locate the correct hashed device record.
Data We Delete
When we can identify the correct record, we delete or anonymize:
- SurveyDXF hashed device licensing record.
- Trial status and entitlement status.
- Country or region stored with the licensing record.
- Support notes linked to the licensing record, if any.
Data We May Keep
Some records may be kept when required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, chargeback handling, dispute resolution, or Google Play purchase verification. This may include purchase tokens, product IDs, purchase dates, and related payment verification logs.
Retained records are kept only as long as needed for those purposes, unless a longer retention period is required by law or by Google Play purchase and financial records.
Local Device Data
DXF files, project data, saved points, station presets, level runs, exports, and backups are normally stored locally on your device. You can delete this local data by deleting the files you exported and clearing or uninstalling the SurveyDXF app.
Response Time
We aim to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable time. Complex requests, purchase disputes, or records that must be retained for legal or compliance reasons may take longer.
